good location but room needs improvement
The location in town is very good, making it easy to explore. We were grateful that we could access our room early, which set a positive tone for our stay. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, significantly enhancing our experience. The mountain view from our room added a serene and scenic touch to our overall visit.
The room itself did not meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

central location, nice toiletries, comfortable temperature control
The internet access is severely lacking, expect to struggle without a local SIM card!!! The return transportation organization is poor, and the privacy standards are questionable at best!!! It could really use a more professional approach!!!

Hidden gems at cozy Malvina House
The restaurant was a highlight with delicious meals, and the staff's friendliness enhanced the experience. Plus, the bar was a great spot to relax after adventures.
WiFi was a pain, and I found myself tethering off my phone to get any work done. the window in my room was slightly broken, making it cold at night.

Exceptional service and delightful dining experience
During our stay, the restaurant truly stood out with its delicious offerings. the highlight was undoubtedly the chilli salt squid, which was the perfect start to a meal filled with amazing dishes like toothfish and Asian mains that were tailored to our spice preferences. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a retreat after enjoyable days exploring the stunning surroundings. The amiable presence of staff, especially the enthusiastic assistant manager, made our visit feel personal and welcoming. An area for improvement might be the WiFi, which I found to be a bit slow.

A convenient spot with a welcoming team and a great restaurant serving tasty crinkle-cut fries. Rooms are cozy, well-maintained, and kept at a comfortable temperature, however, the broadband internet service is lacking and can be quite frustrating. The overall experience is enjoyable, but an upgrade in network access would greatly enhance future visits.
